Adventure Stout is Adventure Brewing Company’s American-style stout, pouring deep ebony with subtle chestnut highlights. It clocks in at 6.5 % ABV and 37 IBU, offering a balanced roast profile that’s smooth without being overly heavy. Has a rich roasty malt, dark chocolate, and earthy coffee aroma with a pronounced espresso-like roast balanced by hints of licorice and a dry, clean finish.  A mouthfeel that’s a medium-bodied and smooth, with moderate carbonation and a lingering roast aftertaste.  Enthusiasts laud its “grainy roast malt bomb” quality and “curious finish like a really strong black coffee,” with some detecting a touch of woody sassafras for added complexity.
