Smith Bowman barrel for over two years. As our delicious demon began to age we decided to take her even further by adding cherries and lactobacillus to add some depth and darkness. Our patience has truly paid off with this one, with a delicious barrel nose, sweet bourbon onset, and subtle sour finish this balanced beast is not for the faint of heart.
